I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room had a coffee machine provided for convenience. The bed was big and comfortable.
The room faced a wall with a colorful tapestry, not ideal. The shower water did not get hot enough. The bedding smelled like curry, as if I was in an Indian kitchen. It was difficult to breathe.

This hotel really charmed me! The location proved very convenient. It was quite close to the metro station and shopping facilities, about a ten-minute walk. The staff was helpful. I especially liked the small, thoughtful touches such as welcome messages.
The room size did present a small challenge. My single room felt a bit too cozy. It may be a little tight for some guests needing more space.

The staff provided a warm welcome. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival (a really nice touch). The daily notes and chocolates were a pleasant surprise. The personnel offered good recommendations and useful suggestions about the area.

The bathroom included a hairdryer and towel warmer. i occupied a triple room alone. For three people, it would have been very tight! the third bed looked as an oversized chair that converted into a pull out. the room decoration was very stylish and elegant. the service was excellent.
the room window faced the street and lacked soundproofing. i could hear street noise at all hours! this interrupted my sleep.
